Common questions
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes — Ibadan, Abeokuta and Abuja run on monthly consolidated routes. Delivery is quoted per order and always includes assembly.
How long does a custom piece take?
Six to eight weeks from fabric sign-off. In-stock lighting, rugs and decor ship within three working days.
Can I return something?
Stock items can be returned within 14 days in original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, which is why we prototype and photograph before building.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Orders above ₦500,000 can be split across three payments: 50% to start production, 30% at frame stage, 20% on delivery.
